Rental Apartments
Isola District - Milan
Urban design at the foot of the Vertical Forest.
A former washhouse becomes a stylish apartment for stays in the vibrant heart of Milan.
Architectural restoration
A new face for a historic building.
In the heart of the Isola district, a stone’s throw from the famous Vertical Forest towers designed by Stefano Boeri, a courtyard building once used as a washhouse and storage space has been transformed into a short-term rental residence. An architectural renovation that blends respect for history with a contemporary vision.
A project inspired by urban nature.
The concept of the Vertical Forest — a home for trees that also hosts people and birds — inspired Architect Eugenia Laghezza in her design choices. Furnishings, wallpapers, and lighting reflect natural and organic themes, paying homage to the surrounding environment.
A tailor-made, welcoming, and original setting.
The interiors have been designed to enhance the height of the spaces and the independent nature of the building. In the living area, a wall decorated with floral panels creates a strong and distinctive visual impact. The bedroom continues the narrative with coordinated wallpapers and a lamp that echoes botanical motifs.
