Interior Restyling of an Art Nouveau Villa in Sanremo.

In Sanremo, within a stunning early 20th-century Art Nouveau villa, located just steps from the Church of San Basilio and a short distance from the sea and the city center, MHD oversaw the supply and installation of furnishings for seven mini-apartments.

Mini-Suites with Sea Views and Personalized Design.

The apartments, each 30 square meters (some with mezzanines), were designed to ensure maximum comfort in an optimized space. Each unit features a kitchen, a living area with a convertible sofa bed, and a sleeping area with a double bed and wardrobes.

The restyling project, curated by re Action Lab, skillfully combined vintage elements with functional furnishings and contemporary design. Each mini-suite is distinguished by decorative geometries on the walls and the use of shades of light blue and blue, inspired by the colors of the sea and the summer season.

A Distinctive Style Without Sacrificing Budget.

The intervention aimed to characterize the spaces and differentiate them from each other, while keeping costs down. Although not a luxury offering, the project guaranteed a remarkable aesthetic impact, without compromising the quality and durability of the materials.
