Via della Commenda - Milano

Dual Personality Under the Roofs of Milan.

Two tailor-made attics, blending charm and functionality,

for a welcome that leaves its mark.

2 apartments

Two Attics, Two Identities. Personalization as an added value in short-term rentals.

In the heart of Milan, on Via della Commenda, the attic of an early 20th-century building has been transformed into attic apartments intended for hospitality. Architect Eugenia Laghezza, for Italianway Spa, chose to characterize the two accommodations with different styles, offering guests the possibility to choose based on their taste. A winning approach that has made these solutions among the most requested in the Porta Romana area.

Two stylistic souls, one common thread.

Color, atmosphere, and functionality for unique environments.

The first apartment stands out for its total white style, enlivened by floral details in shades of red and orange and an ethnic sideboard that enhances its character. The second is warmer and more enveloping, with dove-grey tones and textiles in shades of brown. Every choice is designed to create harmonious and recognizable environments, capable of attracting different target audiences and fostering guest loyalty.

MHD Contract: tailor-made solutions for complex spaces.

Quality, functionality, and expert installation.

MHD accompanied the design by managing the supply and installation of the furnishings, custom-made to follow the sloping lines of the attic ceilings. Even structural constraints become a design opportunity, with kitchens and wardrobes that integrate perfectly. Thanks to the use of selected Italian materials, each environment reflects tangible quality, respecting the budget without sacrificing style.
