The Project

In the vibrant heart of Milan’s nightlife, nestled between the Alzaia Naviglio Grande and the Alzaia Naviglio Pavese, MHD Contract oversaw the supply and installation of furnishings for six apartments within a charming courtyard building on Via Magolfa.

The area is one of Milan’s most dynamic and sought-after, ideal for income-generating investments: full occupancy is guaranteed 365 days a year. But in a market saturated with options, what truly sets you apart is the quality of the hospitality and the attention to presentation.

Thematic & Functional Design

Based on a design by architect Margherita Fantini, each apartment has been personalized, drawing inspiration from a different film: an original concept designed to distinguish each space and make it memorable.

The spaces – studios and one-bedroom apartments of approximately 30-35 square meters – have been optimized with a functional layout and custom-made furnishings. Living and sleeping areas flow together harmoniously, separated by elegant painted sheet metal dividers, creating a perfect balance between aesthetics and practicality.
